Blueprint Vision Group
Derek gained an appreciation for the staffing industry and subsequently joined TalentLaunch, a large network of independently-operated staffing and recruitment firms. At TalentLaunch, Derek held the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the support functions and service delivery to the $150M portfolio of staffing companies in the network. During his time with TalentLaunch, the network hit the ceiling and in 2017 found the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Derek was responsible for the rollout, served as Integrator during that time, and saw the value in a simple and transparent business model. In 2019, Derek began a new journey as part of the TalentLaunch Network to help bring EOS to the staffing industry as he became a Professional EOS Implementer. After six months of implementing and facilitating EOS for the TalentLaunch Network, he founded Blueprint Vision Group to further his EOS Implementation practice to help staffing companies outside of the network throughout the country.
