ASA Learn FAQs

What is ASA Learn?  ASA Learn is your online source for learning and development. Our learning management system provides you—a staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions professional—with online professional development resources. Purchase the available courses for yourself or assign courses to others in your company and track their progress.

How do I log in to ASA Learn? Click on ‘Please Sign In’ at the top, right-hand corner of the website. Enter your username and password—the same as your americanstaffing.net login credentials. Forgot your password or need to create an account? You can do this in the same location. 

Can I use ASA Learn on my mobile device? Yes! ASA Learn can be used on your computer, phone, or tablet.

I purchased a course. How do I access it? You have two options to access your course.

1.      Log into ASA Learn and visit your My ASA Learn section, where all your available courses are stored.

2.      Click the link in your registration confirmation email. 

Can I purchase a course for other people? Yes! Browse ASA Learn and add a course to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, enter your cart and click on the green button that says “Add a Registration for Another User” immediately below the course you would like to assign. 

I tried to purchase a course for another person and it says that the "user not found." What next? The person must have already logged in to ASA Learn  for the learning management system allow you to proceed with the purchase. Please ask the person to log in to ASA Learn. ASA Learn will then recognize the account and you’ll be able to proceed. 

You can also continue with your purchase and then re-assign the course once the person has logged in. 

How many CE hours is each course worth? Most courses on ASA Learn qualify for 1.0 passive CE hour. Please check the details of the course to confirm. 

Does ASA Learn automatically track my CE hours? Yes! Once you complete a course on ASA Learn and download the completion certificate, your earned CE will automatically populate in your online CE status.

After I complete a course, what are the next steps to submit my earned CE?  You do not need to submit CE for hours earned on ASA Learn. Once you download your certificate of completion, the CE will automatically populate in your online CE Status.
