Danziger has a heartfelt passion for helping ambitious people succeed. In 2009, she started one of Texas’s top marketing agencies, Integrate Agency, which she sold in 2018. Danziger’s newest venture, Ampersand, was started in 2020 and applies the “10,000 hours” of lessons she learned in hiring, managing, and mentoring early-career employees and interns into a leading workplace training platform focused on teaching the “unwritten rules of the workplace” by providing the skills and confident young professionals need to succeed in their careers. The company’s training platform has lifted up more than 7,000 professionals and helped more than 500 businesses hire, train, and retain better entry-level talent. She is dedicated to eliminating the skills gap from higher education to employment and breaking systemic barriers in place for young professionals entering the workforce.

After earning her bachelor's degree in fine arts from the Institute of the Arts in Barcelona, and her master’s certificate in marketing and storytelling from the Experience Lab at the University of California, Berkeley, Copeland entered the staffing industry, working for ClearEdge Marketing to explore her passion for storytelling and supporting working women. She was recently recognized by Hope Chicago for her commitment to equity and named to its inaugural young professionals board.

Jennings has been active in sales and sales management for more than 45 years—34 of those within the staffing industry—and more than 23 years with Carlton Staffing. She thrives on the opportunity to train and assist others in reaching higher levels of success—she’s especially proud when they are recognized for their accomplishments. Jennings currently serves the role of president of the Professional Group in Houston. She has served on the board of directors of HR Houston and on the board of the Texas Association of Staffing, both as legislative committee chairperson and as president. Jennings has been recognized as an “Outstanding Contributor to the Staffing Industry” by the Houston Area Association of Personnel and as a “Woman of Excellence” by the Federation of Houston Professional Women.

Lowe has more than 20 years of experience working in positions that involved service, professional development, training, human resources, and leadership. She is highly skilled in coaching, talent assessments, employee engagement, and operational processes. She loves bringing successful teams together and watching them grow. She is truly living her passion now by focusing on culture and doing her best to create a work environment that is rewarding for all employees, a place with meaningful relationships, and an honest and compassionate company to stand behind. The work doesn't stop with her everyday job. She and her family are passionate about many causes where they can support and volunteer for disability rights and inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, mental health awareness, and more.
