Congratulations! You made it to a leadership position. You worked so hard to get here but guess what? Everything is different now. All the skills that helped you get to this point aren’t going to be what you need to grow from here.
This is no ordinary manager training. Using real-life case studies from Karen Weeks’s 20 years working with managers, she will put a spotlight on what you should and should not do and walk you through all the skills you need to become the results-driven, people-focused leader that your team needs you to be. This is not just about your development but you will walk away with tools, resources, templates, lists, everything you need to illuminate your new leadership career.
Learning objectives:
- Develop your leadership voice
- Build confidence to find and keep the best talent
- Create strong career development and feedback frameworks
- Identify ways to motivate and recognize your employees in a meaningful way to them
- Find your voice to lead through change and influence others
